HALL HIGH SCHOOL TO IMPLEMENT NEW INTRODUCTION TO VOCATIONAL TECHNOLOGY COURSE!
This is the third article in a series of articles about College and Career Readiness at Hall High School
In 1913 the Hall HIgh School Board of Education had a vision to build a new Township High School that would provide the "best possible education" for the students of Hall Township in both academic and vocational education. Today, the Hall High School Board of Education is committed to providing a 21st Century education that is the "best possible education" for ALL students at HHS.
The 21st Century calls for an education that prepares ALL students to be "college and career ready."
Unlike 1913, the education needed for college bound and career bound students today is becoming more and more similar. Science, math and technology is becoming a big part of many careers whether a person is going to college for four years or for two years. In order to best prepare our students for college and careers, Hall High School is implementing Vision 2015. As part of the Vision 2015 initiative, we are implementing programs and courses that combine technology and career education. On Janaury 15, 2014, the Hall High School Board of Education will be asked to implement a new course for 2014-2015-
