Hall HS Spanish Club Recognized for Charitable Efforts
The Hall High School Spanish Club recently collected $200 for the earthquake victims in Haiti and sent the money through Compassion International, a child advocacy ministry that helps children from spiritual, economic, social and physical poverty around the world. The Spanish Club has been sponsoring a child in Nicaragua for the past two years and decided to extend their efforts to the children of Haiti. Compassion sent the Spanish Club a trophy soccer ball signed by the Compassion staff members who were impressed with the Hall students' generosity. The Spanish Club is sponsored by Mrs. Donna Albrecht.
