The Cherry Comet returns for her senior season for CSU. The
two-time Horizon League selection was named as the Horizon League’s
Preseason Player of the Year and hasn’t disappointed those voters
in the early going.
The senior guard led the Lady Vikings in Sunday’s 77-62 loss to
Toledo with 19 points and seven rebounds. Klein had 12 points in
CSU’s opening night 56-34 win over Ohio.
She needs 307 points to become CSU’s all-time leading
scorer.
