February 21, 2008
Began Meeting: 7:00 p.m. Ended meeting- 9:30 pm
Members Present: John Andes, Todd Fanning, Holly Flanagan, Sue
Nolasco, Dale Pienta,
and Betsy Resetich. Arriving late- Jack Boroski
Action Items-
The Board approved the first reading of the mandatory drug testing
policy.
The Board will act on the approval of the policy at the March board
meeting.
The board approved the proposed curriculum changes for 2008-2009.
The board approved the 2008-2009 school calendar.
The board approved the following volunteer coaches for spring
sports:
Girls varsity softball- Jim Smoode and Jim Faletti
Girls JV softball- Eric Manahan
Track- Jerry Stank
The board authorized the board negotiations committee to enter into contract negotiations with the HEA.
The board accepted the Ten Year Health, Life Safety survey report.
The board approved the first reading of the revised student extracurricular code of conduct.
