Board of Education Special Meeting Summary
December 3, 2007
Began Meeting: 5:00 p.m.
Members Present: John Andes, Jack Boroski, Todd Fanning, Holly
Flanagan, Dale Pienta, and Betsy Resetich.
Action Items-
The Board voted, 6 to 0, to expel student 07-08-B, for gross misconduct, for two calendar years commencing on December 7, 2007. The expulsion of said student (07- 08-B) will be terminated at the end of the 2007-2008 school year upon successful completion of a recognized counseling or rehab program by said student. If said student successfully completes a recognized counseling or rehab program prior to the end of the 2007-2008 school year, said student shall be offered placement into the Bureau County Cooperative Alternative School if available.
