Board of Education Meeting Summary
October 17, 2007
Members Present: John Andes, Todd Fanning, Holly Flanagan, Sue
Nolasco, Dale Pienta,
and Betsy Resetich.
Dan Steinberg, auditor from Leson, Steinberg, presented the FY07
audit.
Superintendent Struna presented the FY07 School Report Card and
other school improvement data.
Superintendent Struna updated the Board on the Parent Survey.
The Board heard Principal Report from Patti Lunn which included an
update in regards to the Snap Grade
issue.
The Board heard reports from the Board Athletic Committee (Mr.
Pienta) and the Board Building Committee (Mr. Andes)
Action Items-
Approved the FY07 audit.
Approved the FY07 School Report Card.
Approved the multiple sport participation policy as presented by the Athletic Committee.
Accepted the retirement notice of Jan Pini.
Approved recommended stipend to Jean Lock for duties as secretary to the Dean of Students and Athletic Director.
Approved the request of Debbie Evelhoch for reimbursement of unused FY07 vacation days.
Hired the following volunteer coaches:
Boys basketball- Matt Peterson
Girls basketball- Jim Faletti
